Plomosa Mining Building Products
Plomosa Mining will artistically use mined, natural resources to create building materials which will be utilized in the construction of planned mining communities designed to enhance the quality of life of its workers.
Aggregate ore, a by-product of placer mining, is present in commercial volumes at the site. In excess of 95% of every ton of ore processed for gold and silver can be milled as aggregate material for building materials. 70% of the aggregate ore is a form of silica, which can be used for smart glass and glass block building products. Over 10% of the ore is barite, which can be used for white building material. We will utilize a new concrete polymer mixed with the aggregate to create unique Lego-like building components that will have an exterior like white limestone, granite, stone, adobe/earth-tone, and organic feel; even concrete log cabin logs. The objective will be to create building materials that are stunning beautiful and can last a thousand years without planned obsolescence. The building systems focus will be to create the quick construction of mine worker housing and production facilities that are strong, well insulated, non-toxic, organic, sustainable, architecturally beautiful, and energy and cost efficient. We will utilize computerized architecture and designs that are built at high speed in this process.
Utilization of the aggregate building materials for construction of durable, permanent housing and community centers will allow mine workers and their families to reside near the site, therefore creating stability in the workforce. Not only will this reduce the waste of natural resources, but it will increase the quality of life of those working at or near the mining sites. Creating a stable workforce through community will allow mining operations to expand, while fostering collaborative efforts and retaining the talents, expertise and knowledge base of skilled workers.
